Learn about sustainable food and flower farming
Our friendly team will share an introduction to organic food and flower farming on our beautiful two acre site in South London.
You'll learn all about how we grow and why that matters so much for our climate, our wildlife, our health and for our communities.
You'll then help with farm activities such as harvesting, preparing growing beds, planting out young seedlings or turning compost.
Bond as a team
We’ll weave into the day a variety of team building activities to foster positive connections and strengthen bonds within your team.
Working together outdoors will encourage collaboration and communication while lunchtime conversation starters will create opportunities for reflection and to get to know each other better.
Your colleagues will leave with:
- renewed energy
- stronger cross-team relationships
- shared memories
- practical sustainability knowledge
- a feeling of wellbeing through time outdoors
Enjoy a delicious, seasonal farm lunch
To complete your offsite, we provide a delicious two-course seasonal lunch made using produce from the farm.
You'll eat outdoors surrounded by beautiful ancient trees, birds and thriving hedgerows.
It will be vegetarian by default and we can easily cater to vegan, gluten or lactose-free.

Facilities
We are a working production farm and our facilities are rustic (much less shiny than a central London office). However, we do have:
- Compost toilet on site
- Beautiful stretch tent out on the field
- Bookable air conditioned meeting room
Take our veg or flowers home with you
Alongside the feeling of being re-connected to the living soil and each other, you can also send your team home with a veg bag or flower bouquet.
A great way for them to share the fruits of their labour with family and friends, inspiring more people to get involved in changing our food and farming system.
O2 Arena
“Thank you to Chloe and all of the team at Sitopia Farm for a memorable day, which not only allowed us to feel more connected to nature but also to each other.
Just four miles from The O2, we’re fortunate to access a farm that not only grows food locally but also embraces a strong sense of community. For some of our team members, this was their first experience working on a farm and they truly thrived amidst the embrace of nature and to top it off, were treated to the most wholesome lunch, crafted from the very produce harvested by our team earlier that day. Our time at Sitopia demonstrated how the power of nature, good company and hard work can be such an enriching experience and have a profound impact on our daily lives. For us, the day wasn’t just about team building; it was about taking time out of our busy schedules to live up to our values and support our community and the planet.
For anyone considering a team-building day and wanting to encompass sustainability, community, charity and the magic of soil, we couldn’t recommend this more.”
"Sustainability is delivered in a cross functional way at the V&A. The team day provided an opportunity to get to know colleagues, increase our knowledge and provide inspiration, and it has done just that. We are writing our new sustainability plan, a climate action plan and we will be using what we learnt to help shape our action around food. The lunch proved locally sourced, organic food tastes great -colleagues are still talking about the salad!"
Melissa, V&A Head of Sustainability
"The team came away feeling really inspired by all the work you are doing at Sitopia, and with a huge wealth of new information about sustainable and urban food systems and a great outcome on team building. It was a really great experience for us as a team, and I’ll be sure to recommend the away day to others"
Lucy, Head of Office for Minister for Natural Environment and Land Use

Do you offer discounts?
We are a social enterprise and on a mission to make a healthy and sustainable food system a reality for all.
These experiences are priced to reflect the work that goes into putting them on.
Your contribution cross-subsidises other community/voluntary activities on the farm including discounted weekly veg bags and free training for those on low incomes, school visits, community volunteering and donations of fresh produce to local food banks and projects.
For this reason, we don't offer discounts but do have shorter and self-catered options available.
