Looking for a team away day with a difference?
Spend a fun and inspiring day outdoors with your team.
Reconnect to the soil, the joy of good food and flowers, and to each other at our organic, regenerative farm in inner London.

Learn about sustainable food and flower farming
Our friendly team will share an introduction to organic food and flower farming on our beautiful two acre site in South London.
You'll learn all about how we grow and why that matters so much for our climate, our wildlife, our health and for our communities.
You'll then help with farm activities such as harvesting, preparing growing beds, planting out young seedlings or turning compost.
O2 Arena
“Thank you to Chloe and all of the team at Sitopia Farm for a memorable day, which not only allowed us to feel more connected to nature but also to each other.
Just four miles from The O2, we’re fortunate to access a farm that not only grows food locally but also embraces a strong sense of community. For some of our team members, this was their first experience working on a farm and they truly thrived amidst the embrace of nature and to top it off, were treated to the most wholesome lunch, crafted from the very produce harvested by our team earlier that day. Our time at Sitopia demonstrated how the power of nature, good company and hard work can be such an enriching experience and have a profound impact on our daily lives. For us, the day wasn’t just about team building; it was about taking time out of our busy schedules to live up to our values and support our community and the planet.
For anyone considering a team-building day and wanting to encompass sustainability, community, charity and the magic of soil, we couldn’t recommend this more.”

Bond as a team
We’ll weave into the day a variety of team building activities to invite positive connections and strengthen bonds within your team.
Working together outdoors will encourage collaboration and communication while lunchtime conversation starters will create opportunities for reflection and to get to know each other better.

Enjoy a delicious, seasonal farm lunch
To complete your offsite, we provide a delicious two-course seasonal lunch made using produce from the farm.
You'll eat outdoors surrounded by beautiful ancient trees, birds and thriving hedgerows.
It will be vegetarian by default but we can easily cater to vegan, gluten or lactose-free.
