Looking for a team building day with a difference?
Come and spend the day outdoors at Sitopia Farm planting, building and learning together, and help us on our mission to create a healthy and sustainable food system for all.
Learn about sustainable food and flowers
Team days on the farm kick off with a tour of our beautiful 2-acre site and an introduction to organic, no dig food and flower farming. You'll learn all about how we grow and why that matters so much for our climate, our wildlife, our health and for our communities.
Help out on the farm
We'll then get you busy on the farm together. You could be doing anything from harvesting flowers to building new farm beds, to planting out young seedlings. We make sure everyone gets jobs that they enjoy and the work you'll do will always make a big difference to us.
Eat a delicious, organic farm lunch
For those with us all day, we can provide a delicious organic lunch made using produce grown on Sitopia Farm. We cater for vegetarians, vegans and lactose-free.
You can sit and enjoy it as a team, surrounded by beautiful ancient trees, birds and thriving hedgerows.

Our Rates
We offer half-day experiences for £60 per person, or full days for £100 per person. If you like this can also include hiring a meeting room at the farm for you to do your own team sessions.
