Connect with the land and the season
You'll immerse yourself in our beautiful two acre site in South London.
We'll start with some gentle movement to warm up, connecting with your body and the land beneath your feet.
Our friendly team will then take you on a sensory walk around the farm, sharing an introduction to how we grow and why that matters so much for our climate, our wildlife, our health and for our communities.
Bond as a team
Work together on the land and then gather your team around the fire with a cup of organic tea or coffee or a warm mug of mulled apple juice.
We’ll weave into the day a variety of team building activities to invite positive connections and strengthen bonds within your team.
Enjoy a delicious, seasonal farm lunch
To complete the experience, we provide a delicious, hearty two-course seasonal lunch made using produce from the farm.
It will be vegetarian by default and we can easily cater to vegan, gluten or lactose-free.
Structure of the day
10.30-11am: Arrival and Gentle Warm-up
11am-12pm: Sitopia Farm Story and Tour
12-1pm: Farm Activity
1-1.30pm: Two course team-building seasonal lunch and fireside drinks
1.30-2pm: Closing Activity
Take some of our veg or dried flowers home
Alongside the feeling of being connected to the season and each other, you can also send your team home with a veg bag, dried flower bouquet or everlasting festive wreath.

We are a social enterprise and on a mission to make a healthy and sustainable food system a reality for all.
Your contribution cross-subsidises other community/voluntary activities on the farm including discounted weekly veg bags and free training for those on low incomes, school visits, community volunteering and donations of fresh produce to local food banks and projects. -
